The Padgett Place Cebu is constructed by Duros Development Corp. (DDC), a AAA-license construction firm, ISO-certified on Quality, Environment and Health & Safety. From its inception during the early 1990s, it has over 3,000 thousand kilometers of roads and bridges built, concreted and asphalted. Currently, Duros Development Corp. is constructing the IEC Pavilion with a seating capacity of 15,000 people in Mabolo, Cebu City which will host the International Eucharistic Congress on 2016.
The exact location of the 26-storey condominium was home to an American industrialist named Mr. John Cyrus Padgett who retired to the island after a distinguished career. The Padgett compound later became the address of some of Cebu’s most distinguished families.
